- Newpoint’s approach to competence development is outlined in our Competence Matrix, which integrates people competence with organisational capability.

- Newpoint delivers knowledge transfer to clients in five different ways upon completion of any given project:

1. Skills Transfer: an on the job coaching/mentoring scheme.
2. Master Classes: A classroom based learning environment, organised specifically for the client.
3. Shadow Team Development: A learning approach based on hearing, seeing and (most of all) doing, with Newpoint consultants working alongside and developing the competence of our clients’ personnel.
4. Handover Planning & Project Closure: A compilation of all lessons learned during the project, for the client to utilise in the future and to ensure that the client is not reliant on Newpoint to embed change.
5. Project Health Check: Post project competence check to ensure stakeholder satisfaction and identify any competency areas to further address. read more
